I had several lovely tours through the luberon in February – touring the villages of Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin… – and we had a great time, a beautiful light and a different atmosphere certainly more mysterious. Even during the winter time, some of the great restaurants of the area are open and you can have a memorable lunch. It’s even nicer because people are more relax and have more time to chat with you while during the high season they are too busy and don’t have any time for that. We’ve been twice to the amazing Restaurant of Le Fournil in Bonnieux and had a great lunch. This is still after many years the same good quality, the same freshness… I will definitely go again!
