Terms & Conditions

Transport is only provided by professionals, with insurance, who are licensed to perform public transport. Our guides are licensed to work in any city and in National Monuments and Museums.

In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the tour your payment will be refunded in full.

Payment of 30% of the excursion fees if cancellation less than 30 days before the tour, but more than one week.

Payment of 50% of the excursion fees if cancellation less than one week before the tour but more than 48 hours.

Payment of 100% of the fee if cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour.
The price includes transportation in air-conditioned vehicles with an English-speaking driver-guide (all the car expenses, fuel, highway, parking are included).

Entrances to monuments, museums, lunch, drinks are not included.

The company is not responsible for any possible accident while passengers get in or out of the minivan, or while away from it. We are not responsible for luggage and camera left in the car.

Tour Designer can not be responsible in case of delay, irregularity, strike, closed establishments, weather condition, loss or theft of any personal belonging.

Eating, drinking, smoking is forbidden on board.
